Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NextGen Tutor – AARAMBH, we are committed to ensuring transparency and a smooth learning experience for every student. Since our programs follow a monthly subscription fee model, we have established the following refund and cancellation terms:

1. Monthly Fee Structure

  • The current monthly subscription fee under the offer period is ₹4499.
  • Post the offer period, the regular monthly fee will be ₹5499.
  • Fees are collected in advance at the beginning of every billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

To ensure punctuality, consistency, and commitment, we do not endorse refunds once a monthly cycle has begun.

Refunds will only be considered under the following limited conditions:

  • If the purchased course is not allotted/assigned to the student within the valid access period.
  • If there is a duplicate payment for the same course.

No refunds will be issued under any other circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Discontinuation of classes by the student mid-month
  • Dissatisfaction with teaching style or content once classes have commenced
  • Non-participation or irregular attendance

3. Cancellations

  • As this is a monthly subscription program, you may request cancellation for future billing cycles.
  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused classes within an ongoing month.

4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

In case of duplicate or failed transactions where payment is deducted but not credited, a full refund will be processed and credited after verification.

5. How to Request Support

To raise a refund or cancellation request (as per eligible cases), contact us with:

  • Proof of payment (transaction ID / receipt)
  • Course details
  • Description of the issue

Refunds, once approved, will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
