  • Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
  • NextGen Tutor shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages from Platform usage.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, graphics, brand assets, and platform content are the intellectual property of NextGen Tutor. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. External Links

Our Platform may link to third-party websites (e.g., payment partners). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • We operate on a monthly subscription fee model.
  • The current fee is ₹4499/month under offer period, and ₹5499/month regular fee.
  • Once paid, the monthly fee is non-refundable, except in cases where:
    • Course access was not allotted
    • Duplicate payment was made
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Subscription cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles only.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • A user violates these terms
  • Fraudulent, illegal, or disruptive activities are detected

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nanded, Maharashtra, India.

10. Updates to Policy

We may revise these Terms & Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
